1) Versions and differences

The Xiaomi Redmibook 15E (2023) laptop has 3 different versions. The only thing that varies is the processor, which can be Intel i5-12500H or Intel i7-12700H. The third one, on the other hand, maintains the processor of the second one but incorporates more storage, raising it to 1TB.

2) Redmibook 15E (2023) Processor.

The Redmibook 15E from Europe (2023) features two processor options. The Intel i5-11320H and Intel i7-11390H, both paired with Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics.

In more detail, the Intel i5-11320H processor uses the Tiger Lake-H35 microarchitecture and belongs to Intel’s 11th generation of processors, the latest and most powerful to date. It reaches up to 4.5GHz turbo power, with 3.2GHz normal, and has 14 cores and 8 threads, plus 8MB Intel® Smart Cache.

The other variant, which is the most powerful, has an Intel i7-11390H, also with Tiger Lake microarchitecture and 11th generation. It reaches 5.0GHz in turbo and 3.4GHz in normal, with 4 cores and 8 threads, with 12MB Intel® Smart Cache.

The Xiaomi Redmibook 15E (2023) notebook has only 512GB SSD PCIe storage versions in all cases. In addition, this time Xiaomi has heard the prayers and incorporates a third version that increases the storage capacity to 1TB.

It is very important to note that this is SSD storage space, something that is starting to become quite common among mid-range and high-end laptops, and of course, in all Xiaomi laptops, which makes the whole computer go much faster. As far as we know so far, it is not expandable.

As we were saying a moment ago, our favorite laptop features a 15.6″ LCD screen with Full HD resolution (1920×1080).

Compared to previous versions, the Redmibook 15E’s display has a wider viewing range (16:9), better resolution and clearer screen, with CC dimming technology for better viewing in low light.

It also features an anti-glare system, 500:1 contrast ratio, 220 nits brightness and 45% NTSC

In terms of screen size (and consequently, size of the entire notebook itself), the Redmibook line currently has 14” and 15.6” models only.

If you’re looking for something bigger than this, the only option is the Xiaomi Book Pro 16 (2022) and if, on the other hand, you’re looking for something smaller, then the Xiaomi Book Air 13 (2022).
